Peugeot 206 clutch won't disengage ?

Hi I broke down in my peugeot 206 w reg 1.4 petrol and I could put the car in gear with engine running as if the the clutch was stuck down . So I changed the clutch and the car is still doing the same with the new clutch in it . The clutch pedal feels fine and the clutch arm is moving . I was wondering if anyone might know what the problem could be

If the splines were ok on the first motion shaft on the g/box,and no inner driveshafts are turning then it sounds like an internal problem with the gearbox, you could try and remove the driveshafts and have a look to see if the diff is turning when in drive and see if you can see with a torch the sun and planet gears in the diff are in position.
