my huoniao 125 wont start?

my huoniao wont start i am not getting a spark to the spark plug i have replaced the voltage regulator and the ignition coil the spark plug is about a month old and ive bypassed the stand switch and im not sure what else could be the problem

check the ignition lead to spark plug,and cap.
check you have 12v to coil.look at points
or ignition pick ups. does bike have cdi.
