where is the tensioner on a 2004 transit connect as i am replacing the belt?

I am trying to replace the fan belt on my ford transit connect 2004 but i cannot find where the tensioner is can anyone helpn please

the p.a.s pump bolts to it,remove fuel filter for access,4 10mm bolts hold pump onto tensioner and 3 or 4 15mm nuts hold tensioner onto block,15 mm ring key to release tension to replace fan belt.
