When the spin cycle ends the pump keeps running until the machine is switched off. A normal wash cycle gets stuck and the water inlet light comes on, but the pump keeps running. We've cleaned all the filters (inlet and drain).
Any suggestions?

Water has leaked onto the baseplate & the antiflood device has been activated. Lean the machine forward to drain the water off (have some old towels ready). You ought to be able to run a cycle ok afterwards, but if it happens again you need to track down the source of the leak.
