Ex ADT galaxy alarm?

Hello I need a little help please.following an engineers visit many years ago to reinstate our alarm,we have had no issues with it until now.Yesterday the whole cul de sac had a power cut and now the keypad is saying anti code request and call installer.the number for my enginere does not exist now so I was hoping someone could help if it's just a case of putting this code in. Maybe someone knows it?

We know what he did and how he did it.
But we do not tell all and sundry on the internet about it.
There is not a standard code to use either the "Anti code" algorithm differs from ADT office to office.
Telling how to default on a public forum is not very security conscious is it.
Of course ADT want a new contract, that is how they and others make their money.
Get a local company in and have the panel changed, then this will never happen again. Or buy another make and swap over of you or your partner are capable. But you will not get defaulting info or anti codes on here or other responsible websites.

My partner has informed me that it's displaying the same message as it did when the previous owners had a dispute with ADT.We were informed this by the previous owners and also said the alarm didn't work.My partner got a alarm engineers number from a friend who came and got it working by typing in a number of codes and unplugged the bt phone line. Now we can't get hold of him for the code he used.I just wondered if anyone knew this reset code, that's all.I thought I would ask on here and my partner said it was worth a try,I spoke to ADT and they want me to take out their contract .

Mr E, they default to their preferred settings but codes are the same.

All sounds a bit dodgy to me gts,

If Aunty ain't been removed from the system, which this post suggests it ain't, then how did this engineer reset for use?,

How did he know the code when these things always boot to Aunty following a crash?

Me smell a rat matey.

Or get a local firm in who knows these panels.
Did "your" engineer do this for cash, as ADT have not closed down.
