how can I fix my mercedes sprinter 311?

I have a mercedes sprinter 03 plate changed all filters but still seems to be struggling to start. starting motor and altenator are both fine just can't put a finger on the problem

Try a multi meter on the glowplugs relay for power supply and if that is ok check the glowplugs themselves
