how do i remove the top hose from its housing on the hoover hurricane model number hu4211-001

The small clips that retains the hose on my Hoover HU4211 appear to have fallen out at some point. Where can I get replacements from?

There are 2 hidden clips where the hose is attached,which need to be pressed in together to allow the hose to be removed. I usually use a couple of small flathead screwdrivers
