I HAVE LOOKED UNDER GLOVE BOX AND THERE IS WHAT LOOKES LIKE A MOTOR WITH BLACK HOUSING ROUND AND PUSH ON CONNECTERS,WHAT IS THIS MOTOR FOR AND IS IT EXPENSIVE TO REPLACE,THE NOISE IS COMING FROM THIS

Sounds like the blower fan for the vent system in the car. Try removing the blower unit and maybe you will see leaves or debris in the ducting. This will be what is catching on the fan blades and making the noise.
