program lights are flashing but wash cycle does not start

There is a float switch in the bottom overspill tray. If there is a leak fronm any extermnal pipes it will operate and show the L.E.D. symptoms seen.

If you tilt washer forward and water pours out there is probably a loose/detached hose or other leak source. Remove bottom tray and have a look.
