accenta panel will not part set?

Hi, just installed accenta panel. Everything working ok except it will not part set on prog 2 or3.
Must be missing something on the instructions, any help gratefully received. Alan.

Have you set up "Prog 2"?
Have you set a final exit.
Have you made it timed or instant set?

Have you read the book properly , this is a basic panel.
