how to get camcorder out of safety mode?

my camcorder is stuck in this safety mode I have tried everything please help it is a JVC VHS GR-SXM38U

Please contact 1st Aid Repairs of Tunbridge Wells.

There should be a specific error code E?? which you will need to give them, and they will be able to tell you why your camera is in safety mode.
