seat alhambra 2.0L petrol ,cutting out,then not starting?

the speedo and rev counter needle bounce as it cuts out and relay 30 rattles on fuse board,it's a new one and i,ve checked all connections on fuse board,also checked ignition switch,battery,alternator and connections including earths,fault is intermitant.

Galaxy,used to bang fuse box when relays were going falty,also check each one by havin a smell,they do pong when going wrong,also check crank position sensor & wiring thay can give intermitent falts when failing.

loose or bad connection or shorting wiring possibly.If relay 30 rattles it means power is going off or low.Relay 30 can rattle when a battery is faulty or old/weak
