its quite simple drain the heating water out the boiler. then get a car pump (foot pump, bicycle pump with a pressure gauge). then attach the nozzle (same as a car tyre valve) to the red tank and inflate it to 1.5bar. then just fill the boiler back up to pressure. if u dont know how to drain the boiler just drain the rads to 0 pressure but be carefull when inflating the tank it causes more water to be pushed out
