The entire street had a powercut and since then our alarm has been activating throughout the day,we can stop it using our code but it goes off again soon after.Iam a bit worried that it's going to do this through the night and therefore need to know how I can stop it or repair it.

After you've followed acorns advice, you should fully test the system as that panel sometimes defaults when all power is lost,

If it behaves strangely or doesn't accept your user code then don't panic as it only needs reprogramming back up,

The book will help you.
