Thankyou gts but I cant get hold of ladders untill next week,can I do something at the control panel?,remove tamper wiring for bell box.Looks like theres only two wires marked for tamper.

your user book will tell you on back page,it means tamper return looks like you have a fault in your bell box,ladders out time
