When does it blow a fuse - as soon as it gets plugged in? When the water should be entering? During the heating cycle? During spin?
My suggestion is that you do a little simple diagnosis and then ask. The probable cost of the repair - parts required and who replaces them may well impact the decision to try a repair or invest in a new machine.
