How can I fix my Hoover Washer Dryer?

I have a Hoover Washer Dryer Model HW6313M. At first the spin cycle stopped and the troubleshooting in the manual set to reset RCD, but I don't know what that is or where to find it. After lots of fiddling, the whole cycle now seems to be out. Please help!!!
