Yep and whilst you're in there, take the battery details down and buy a new one,or have it serviced by a local engineer.

Or use a TEST meter as LOOKING will not tell you anything most of the time.

mains fail. check the fuse in the fuse spur. theres also a mains fuse in the panel may need checking. be careful as u need to isolate te power on the box to avoid electric shock. check all fuses
