DGL G215 cash register?

Hi
I have the cash register Model DGL G215. The fault is that when you turn on with the key. It displays a decimal point three quarters along the display then 00 on far right hand side.
Is there some sort of master reset?

you can try turning the key to prog hold down the keys
1 3 7 9 turn power on
