People on here will nag at you for providing so little information like make model & year of the car - and what blower you're talking about - heater - air-con - and that thing that blows air into the engine (i forget its name).
They must have the technical details to answer you properly - Me? I know nothing about cars so I couldn't help you even with all the tecchy stuff...
