Broken second hand?

Howe do i refix the second hand on my Wenger watch, i have droped it on the floor and the second hand has come off its pin, i have removed the back but can't remove the date / time adjuster .

you remove the glass,not the back,why you take the back off ???the glass can be removed by a suction rubber
