the light maybe came on with the misfiring and emissions all to pot because of that,there will be a fault registered but if it is not present then you can carry on driving and maybe see about getting it onto a code reader to see what faults are there,it may be worth having a look at your plugs/leads/coil pack and with there being a lot of rain at the moment check for dampness also,if you feel it is running ok you can delete your faults in your ecu and see how it goes
