zacky it will be the small kickstart gear that has broken on your bike the cover the kickstart comes from will need to be taken off and a new gear put in its very easy to do just pull the old gear out and put the new one in,there is no oil in the case so dont worry about that the gear is about £35 new from 3 cross motorcycles in the uk.this is very common on this bike
