AEG Prefernce B81405 oven heating problems?

The fast heat button to quickly heat oven to temperature set indicates heat reached when oven has only got to about 80c. Also the heat you set , when tested with an oven thermometer reads 15 to 20c less than it should. Any advice appreciated.

Thanks CK -oven only reaches 180c when set to 200c, and water in bowl does not boil at 100c as it should. Could be a sensor problem. Although oven is over 10 years old no problems until now,but fortunately AEG still have spare parts!

you need to run the oven for 1hr at the set heat (say 200c) and then look what temp is on your test thermostat. This is how you test oven temperatures. Not sure about fast heat function??.May be a sensor probe is faulty but not that common
