Model 0 601 194 639. I opened the chuck all the way. There is no retaining screw. It's completely smooth inside. Is is possible that the bits were spinning and smoothed the screw head off? Some of the teeth on the o/s of the chuck were broken and allowed the bits to spin sometimes.
