How can I fix a Neff B15M42SOGB single oven?

Switched on oven and nothing worked except the clock and cooling fan.

My Neff B1422 oven is not heating up to temperature. The fan works and it does get warm but not hot. The grill is still working. Can anyone point me in the right direction please? Many thanks

Check oven not accidently switched into auto on clock.Time of day set and no arrows flashing. If all ok could be control unit . Cheers
