how do I set up outlook express for email for my computer working on XP I already have an email address,but had to reinstall xp and all I get from outlook is

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'btmail.internet.com. Server: 'btmail.internet.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

I have tried setting it up in Accounts with out any joy
Please could you tell me what I am doing wrong
Your help would be Greatly Appreciated

I assume your Internet Service Provider is BT..

If so call 0800 111 4567 and ask them for help...

I last used this number at 3;00 am and got through very quickly.
