Why wont my new shower work?

I have had installed a Tavistock kinectic CT50 SKN0706 shower it was working for about a week then no water would come through the shower head and the pump would not start, I thought it was the pump but all checks show the pump is ok, the shower worked again for a short time, it seemed to start better when started on cold then adding the hot, but again it has stopped working, all the pipes have been checked, there is no debris in the pipes or valves, I am at a total loss as to why it is not working can anyone help.

Have to say Tavistock came up trumps they sent an engineer round and put a new valve bar on the shower and all is working now. Thank you Tavistock

Been in touch with the manufacture trouble is it sometimes works (have to wait up to five minutes for the flow to come through) they say they are looking into seeing if it is compatable with a salamander 1.5 pump but there was nothing in the instructions to say otherwise, and the pump has been checked so it is not the pump, it looks like pass the buck time.

also, check the shower switch, for a burn out, esp, the neutral ,common fault,by shower switch i mean the ceiling one or the one on wall outside the bathroom
