How to bypass or mend a fault on a immobiliser pc board?

Is it possible to rewire a bypass or find where one can do this on the imoboliser on a 1997 midge 1300 .The PCM control board has 2 tyco relays, a microchip with stuckon label showing y212 and A5394 printed below. Problem is the 'led' on the dash doesn't lightup anymore where the 3pin codekey activates ignition, and pressing the key onto the pins works at times but doesn't when the cars bonnet is heated or gets hot standing in the sun. Always got it started when shorting across one relay's contacts. Now the motor won't start at all as before when with a pushstart. Please assist if u can as car is in daily use to help elderly.
