Fault with temperature selector on mini oven of NEFF U1564?

My NEFF oven has a problem with the Temperature selector rotary knob. When you turn it, it doesn't change the temperature like it should

Will either be spring steel clip fallen out of shaft of knob so it doesnt grip selector, or selector pcb fault .Cheers
