Why does my oven keep tripping the electric?

My Electrolux eob6630x starts up but after 2 minutes the power trips, after putting the power on again it works fine! I have recently changed the thermostats and fan motor, can anyone help?

The oven worked fine after all new parts installed for at least 3 weeks it has only just started tripping the electric, but once the power goes back on it all works normally again!
