Hotpoint wma33 washing machine overfills with water ?

Hotpoint Aquarius wma33 washing macine overfills at the end of a wash cycle prior to rinse and spin cycle. Do I need to replace the pressure switch?

First check the hose for the pressure switch it probably has worn against the drum and is leaking air pressure. Pressure swich usually reliable. Cheers
