Passat Sport 2001. Losing coolant approx 1L / week?

Presently losing coolant at the rate of 1L/week. I've had the engine pressure tested - no problems, no water in oil, engine running fine. Any idea's where I can be losing the coolant from ???

Many thanks for the prompt response.

The fan is not cutting out. Driving the same as when I first purchased, just the inconvenience of filling up once a week.

Leaking hose, heater matrix, water pump, blocked or leaking radiator, air lock......
