The grill is glowing red and then cools and then comes back on again. It does not seem to be getting to the required temperature. does this sound like the element or the grill control regulator. the oven works ok. Thanks
element work or doesn't so if it gets hot then it is probably ok,Is this a dual element and if so are both innner and outer coming on?.If they are then suspect regulator/thermostat control
