There appears to be no water getting into the hot water tank.
I have tried to blow through the two small tubes that feed the hot water tank but they appear to be blocked solid (perhaps they should, be I don't know)
I have removed the drain plug and everything is bone dry.

If the two small tubes should not be blocked can I poke something into them to unblock them?
