It is coming that any safety related warning light on the dash is going to fail an mot,sorry I don`t know if this is in operation yet,you could try unplugging then reconnecting the seat belt pretensioner wiring,usually under the seats,if that fails then your motor will need to go onto a code reader to determine your fault
