Where can I locate the tap to change the pressure back up on my Optima Ferroli (1995) Combi boiler after I have bleeded the radiators?

hello there should be a tap underneath the boiler on the 15mm cold water pipe , it should have a little felxi pipe going from it to the central heating pipe which is 22mm turn that slowley and it should put the pressure up ( ps ) the tap should look like one u would find on a washing machine pipe hope this helps steve.p
