Flame start Ford Transit 2004?

My Flame start light does not illuminate at key-start. All fuses seem ok but I am unsure of the relays in the fuse box. Any Ideas????

i have a 2000 engine in my transit, mine doesnt light up either, but after checking with a friend who specialises in transits, he confirmed that some engine varients are fitted without glow plugs as they dont need them, this could be the case in yours
