aeg fan oven glowing red hot !?

my aeg fan oven (i think its the u41116m competence) is glowing red and the fan doesn't seem to be turning, can anyone please give me a clue as to what the problem is?

fan seize.replace it.stop using it without fan running otherwise the element will eventually distort and fail
