beko dishwasher metal case showing a residual current of electicity?

BEKO DISHWASHER DWD5411.
The metal casing and door is showing a low voltage. Aware of tingle and mains tester show current. Where is the likely problem. Nothing obvious to observe externally. Thanks

you have no earth.have socket checked with a tester then test the earth pin on the plug to a good paint free metal area on the dishwasher.if using an extension lead DON'T!.Especially if on orange 2 core cable. Why do people use this???

Unplug it immediately and Stop using it until the problem is properly diagnosed and rectified by an expert.

You risk death to you and anybody else in the property - the mains-tester shows the presence of Voltage - the neon strikes at typically 90V.

The "tingle" you felt will have been FULL MAINS VOLTAGE - you did not die because you were not properly earthed.
