2003 IVECO Eurocargo ran out of fuel, will not start?

Ran out of fuel, added now will not start. is ther some type of pump to remove the air from the lines? If So, where and how to use it?

locate pre filter os hand prime till resistance is felt may have bleed nipple on filter locate twin filters os rear ov engine bleed filters make sure u get fuel to filter heads then it should start.
