samsung ff rl34sc?

Freezer not working, fridge still appears cold, seems to be a clicking every few minutes, undid what screws i could find at bottom back of freezer and inside top of fridge but no ice build up anywhere? Anyone any ideas?
FF is about 4 yrs old.
