how to fix central locking ?

the central locking on my Citroen xsara picasso won.t lock the passengers door. Is this an easy fix or garage .

Had similar on my passatt, found bad connection in the door post, plug/socket fitted in door post, supplies power and signals to back doors, disconnect, and use a spray contact cleaner on it, worked for me.
