beko WM5140s?

My washing machine keeps freezing so i am now trying to get to the filter at the bottom to empty it and check for any blockages and drain the water out. Problem is the filter has gone back into the machine. Do i now need to take the whole of the washing machine front off to get to the filter?

did you remove the screws and the whole unit has gone inside case?.if so just tilt machine backwards to reveal filter housing and fit it back in to front.all you do is twist filter cap anti clock and pull.If it hasn't been out for ages they can get stuck and are a pig to remove!
