WMq 60 machine will ot start it's cycle?

How do I get the machine (WMA 60) to start its cycle. The machine will not start due to there being a red tap icon showing on the machine.

john this means its not getting any hot water try the supply if thats ok the water inlet valve on the hot side will be faulty
