i have brand new fridge and freezer that have never been used but have been stored away for over 2 years.my problem when both are when turned on all seems ok the moter starts and lights work but both are not getting cold.

If motor is running continuous, check the grid at back, is it warm, if so the inside will be getting cooler, if not, could be refrigerant has leaked out, but unusual, they are sealed units, check for damage to the grids inside and out. If motor not running continuous, check thermostats.
