zanussi washer dryer wjd1257w type p6347670 product number 914601406. The machine stopped with 28 minutes to go on the display. will not empty, spin or anything!

remove the filter.shine a torch in to the filter housing and with a screwdriver try flicking the drain pump impeller and see if something is jammed in it.also check drain hose outlet
