Need instruction on how to put in a new Bonnet catch/latch for my 05 Monde?

Hello,

i am about to purchase a new Bonnet latch for my 05 Hatchback Mondeo. I need full insturctions on how to do this. Also will i need to order a new key or can i have the lock grinded down to fit my key i have? before i install the latch. Please advise. many thanks
