Bosch Classixx Tumble Dryer?

We have just had pump replaced. However there is a puddle of water at the left rear inside of the dryer which I have never noticed before. Also there is minimum water in the container at the end of the dry. The drying time takes longer than before and has caused a power surge on several occassions now. Can anyone help with the problem

Hello ,you say there is sludge in the condensation water ,from what i have heard from an repairman is that its caused by using liquid soap and using too much of it in the washing machine and it does not get totaly rinced out of the clothing

I had a similar problem that caused the dryer to stop after a few minute and the condenser full light began flashing. I tipped the dryer onto it' front be careful not to damage the door handle and this allowed the water to drain after a few minutes and a quick wipe, hey presto all was well. There is a black rubber tube that leads to the reservoir and this can become blocked with sludges condensate or lime scale. Take the top off the machine ( two screws at the back and the) and slide the top backwards and the tube is visible at the back corner over the reservoir. Pull the tube off of the connection and blow down it to ensure it is clear, if you hear water bubbling tip the machine onto it' s front and drain. It worked for me!
