No heat in fan oven?

I have just replaced the element in my fan assisted neff oven but it is still not heating up. Could it be the wrong element or could something else have blown at the same time? Or could I have fixed wiring incorrectly?

Yes, clock and fan working ok. There just isn't any heat.

have you set the time on the clock?.If not this will stop the fan oven from working.
